Return Eligibility

Products are eligible for return if damaged, defective or a wrong item was delivered. Please raise a return request within 7 days of delivery.

How to Return

  1. Contact customer support at support@tufaanexpress.com with order details and photos (if applicable).
  2. We will share return instructions and pickup details.

Refund Process

After we receive and inspect the item, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method (via Razorpay). Shipping charges (if any) may be deducted as per the case.

Exclusions

Used items, products without original packaging or items outside the return window are not eligible.
