1. Single-User Personal & Business License

Upon purchase, Xpresskart grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, single-user license to download, customize, edit, and print the templates for your personal or internal business operations.

Strictly Prohibited: Reselling, sub-licensing, redistributing, or publishing our digital templates on public file-sharing websites or competing bundles.

2. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR). Payments are collected via PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways (Cashfree / UPI). We reserve the right to alter pricing and promotional discounts at any time.

3. Jurisdiction & Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, with exclusive jurisdiction subject to the competent courts of Maharashtra, India.
