All items on Xpresskart are downloadable digital files (.docx, .pdf, .xlsx, .zip). Since access is granted immediately after successful payment, orders are generally non-refundable and non-cancellable once delivered.
If your account is debited twice for the same order due to a network glitch, 100% duplicate charge is refunded immediately.
If the downloaded file is corrupted and our team cannot provide a valid replacement within 24–48 hours, full refund is issued.
Approved refunds are processed automatically back to your original payment method (UPI / Card / Net Banking via Cashfree) within 5 to 7 business days.
